Ta-daaahhh!
We were telling Olivia that she needed to learn to tie her shoes before kindergarten started.
At church yesterday, her Sunday School teacher told her that next week she would be moving up to the kindergarten class. Olivia said, "Oh good! I can be in there now because I can tie my shoes!" I think she thought that she wouldn't be able to be in kindergarten until she could, but I just meant it as a goal. She learned very quickly, but not without frustration. She told me, "Mommy, my shoes use to make me very angry."
She is looking so grown-up! Way to go on the shoe tying! Can you believe it's been almost a year already!
